We have a complete production line, from melting, refining, ingot casting, heating, casting to cutting of finished products, all in one operation. We have a wide variety of products to meet the needs of our customers for various applications.

【Strictly selected materials】

The most suitable and best quality red copper scrap, zinc ingot, lead spindle, tin ingot, aluminum spindle, nickel and bismuth metal are selected as the raw metal materials.

【Melting Refining】

Precise proportioning and refinement according to the international standard proportion of ingredients (or special requirements).

【 Casting spindle 】

The refined copper alloy is then poured into a special mold and cast into a block or extruded into a round ingot by a continuous casting extruder.

【 Heated extrusion type 】

The rounded spindle is heated again and then extruded, drawn and straightened into a copper alloy rod.

【Finished product inspection】

In addition to examining the appearance of copper ingots/bars, the composition of the product is verified by spectrophotometer to ensure the best quality.
